Processing of personal data
Anodall Extrusion S.p.A. (known hereinafter as Anodall) as the Data Controller informs you that access to the website and/or registration in the various sections thereof and/or possible requests for information or services require the supply of personal data that will be processed in full compliance with European Regulation 2016/679 (known hereinafter as GDPR) and the provisions of the Privacy Authority in compliance with Italian legislative decree 196/2003 and/or subsequent amendments. Through this notice, the users can find out beforehand the processing methods required to use certain areas of the Anodall websites and/or sign up to competitions and/or newsletters.
Pursuant to the above legislative decree, this processing will be based on the principles of correctness, legality and transparency, protecting your confidentiality and your rights.
The notice refers only to this website and does not extend to other websites that may be consulted by the data subject via external links.

The purposes of the data processing and the legal basis.
Depending on the needs of the user who accesses the various sections of the website (and apart from particular standards and notices for individual operations involve supplying specific personal data, which are published on a case-by-case basis on the website); the purposes for which the personal data are processed, i.e. the data supplied directly by the data subjects by filling in the on-line modules or direct access by links to the email address for the requested service, or the data acquired automatically by browsing (see the following section "Categories of Personal Data subject to processing") (hereinafter "Personal Data"):

Processing methods.
Data processing is defined as any operation or combination of operations conducted with or without the help of electronic or at least automated means relating to the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, alteration, extraction, alignment, use, communication, dissemination, combination, blocking, erasure, destruction and selection of the data.
Personal data will be processed in a mainly automated manner but also on paper for reasons that are strictly connected to the aforesaid purposes, via the data base, the electronic platforms managed by Anodall or by third parties appointed as data processors (for the updated list, the user can contact the Data Controller at the address shown) and/or integrated information technology systems and/or websites owned or used by Anodall.
The Data Controller has taken all suitable safety measures to protect users against the risk of loss, misuse, or alteration of the data. In particular: the Data Controller has adopted the measures referred to in articles 32 - 34 of Regulation EU 679/2016; the Data Controller uses the protected data transmission protocols known as HTTPS. Further, the Data Controller keeps the user's data on servers located in Europe or, in the case of electronic platforms like Google, they could be transferred to the USA. The servers are subjected to an advanced daily back up and disaster recovery system.
Duration of the processing
The disclosed data are kept for a period of time that is not longer than what is required to achieve the purposes for which the personal data are processed, or for a longer period for the purposes permitted by law and are erased without undue delay.
Place of processing
Personal data are processed mainly on the premises of the Data Controller and/or in the places in which the Data Processors are located. The nature and the method for providing the users' Personal Data
The provision of personal data is optional but required to enable Anodall to meet the data subject's needs with regard to website functions and the performance of preliminary agreements and/or contracts. Failure to provide personal data or the partial or incorrect provision of personal data required to perform the requested service makes it impossible to perform this service; failure to provide voluntary personal data or the partial or incorrect provision of voluntary personal data does not have any effect.
The personal data can be provided by filling in the appropriate boxes in the various sections of the website or by sending requests by email where specified.
Categories of processed personal data
In addition to the Personal Data provided directly by users (such as first name, surname, postal address, email address etc.) when logging onto the website, the information technology systems and the software procedures for operating the website administer and/or acquire automatically and indirectly information that could constitute personal data, transmission of which involves the use of Internet communication protocols (such as, by way of non-exhaustive example, the so-called “cookies” (as specified better below), "IP" addresses, dominion names of the computers used by the users that are connected to the website, the “Url” addresses of the resources required, the time of the request to the server, browsing the website.
Categories of subjects who may access the users' personal data
The Data Controller's employees or collaborators can be informed of Personal Data if they process data under the direct authority of the Data Controller and are appointed as Data Processors or entrusted with data processing in accordance with articles 29 and 30 of regulation 196/2003 and of articles 24-29 of European Regulation 2016/679 or are system administrators and will receive the appropriate operating instructions from the Data Controller; employees or collaborators of the Data Processors will also receive the appropriate operating instructions.
Personal data can also be divulged to the Data Processors appointed by the Data Controller, as third-party companies or other parties (by way of non-exhaustive example, the parties tasked with after-sales services, publicity, promotion and sale of products and/or services, the organization and management of competitions, IT service providers, managers and/or developers of websites or website applications, managers of electronic platforms, partners) who engage in outsourcing on behalf of Anodall.
The complete and updated list of companies controlled by and affiliated to Anodall pursuant to article 2359 of the Italian Civil Code, third-party companies that perform on behalf of Anodall collection operations, third-party companies to which the data can be disclosed and the data processors, including outside Data Processors, is available upon request from Anodall.
Scope of disclosure or dissemination of the users' Personal Data
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties apart from Group companies or to third-party companies performing specific tasks for Anodall that have been appointed as Data Processors. Personal data will not be disseminated.
Transfer of Users' Personal Data outside EU
Personal data communicated to Anodall will not be transferred to countries outside the EU If the data have to be transferred outside the EU, any transfers will be based exclusively on an adequacy decision or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or verification of the registration of the external Data Processor in the system known as the “Privacy Shield”.
Minors
The website contains virtually no information aimed directly at minors. Minors must not convey personal information or data.
Users' Rights
The data subject shall have the rights specified in articles 15-21 of European Regulation 2016/679, namely:
- Right of access: to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and specific information (e.g. the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients to whom the personal data will be disclosed);
- Right to rectification: to obtain from the Data Controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her In this case the Data Controller must inform all the recipients to whom the data were transmitted of the rectification unless this involves a disproportionate effort;
- Right to erasure: to obtain from the Data Controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the Data Controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where grounds apply (e.g. the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected: the data subject withdraws consent; the personal data have to be erased to comply with a legal obligation). In this case the data controller must inform all the recipients to whom the data were transmitted of the rectification unless this entails a disproportionate effort;
- Right to restriction of processing: the data subject shall have the right to obtain from the Data Controller restriction of processing, for example to storage only to the exclusion of any other use, in given circumstances (e.g. if the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data; the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data ….). In this case the Data Controller must inform all the recipients to whom the data were transmitted of the rectification unless this entails a disproportionate effort;
- Right to data portability: the data subject shall have the right to have the personal data supplied returned and to transmit them to others or to request transmission from one Data Controller to another, where technically feasible;
- Right to object: to object at any time to processing for reasons of public interest or legitimate interest; for marketing reasons; for purposes of scientific, historical or statistical research.
The data subjects can appeal to the Supervisor Authority if necessary or simply contact the Supervisor Authority to have information on the exercise of their rights under Regulation EU 2016/679.
Use of cookies

Google Analytics with anonymised IP (Google Inc.)
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses personal data gathered in order to track and examine the use of this application, draw up reports and share them with the other services developed by Google.
Google could use personal data to contextualize and customize the adverts of its advertising network.
Metis Solutions adopts this integration of Google Analytics that makes the IP address of the users anonymous. Anonymisation operates by abbreviating the IP addresses of the users within the borders of the member states of the European Union or the other countries of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be sent to the Google servers and abbreviated in the United States.
