Anodizing
From technology towards aesthetics and protection.
Fine aesthetic standards with great resistance to corrosion are the direct consequences of anodizing: a process which transforms the surface layer of the aluminium. In addition, with anodizing the dimensions of the profiles remain unchanged.
Sandblasting, brushing and polishing are the optional mechanical treatments that can be performed upstream of anodizing. These processes are used to achieve different architectural finishes that provide the customer with a wide choice.
Anodall offers its customers a further customisation option. Electro-colouring with metal salts can enhance anodization and enables tones ranging from pale bronze to black to be obtained, passing through the intermediate bronzes.
Installed power is 60,000 amp, which permits annual production of 7,000 tonnes/year.
